The concept of the album is growing up wayward living in 90s America. What it was like to be 13 when introduced to the Internet. The World Wide Web. Things I saw watching way too much late night TV. Being told a bright future lay ahead for our generation and maybe we all believed it. That things could still happen for the first time. We quickly adapted life to the evolving level of technology and then were told it might all come crashing down in Y2K. We figured things out albeit the hard way. All that carefree TV static was some of the first snow I had come to discover. Sometimes you’re just caught in the middle.
